Stellarium is a virtual planetarium on your computer. It is a free and cross-platformed application that is updated and contains a vast database about spheres.

The program installation process does not cause any inconveniences. The software does not leave its files in system folders besides settings file – config.ini, but it is in the program folder in the domestic user catalog.
Managing Stellarium Application
After you start the program, you will see the sky and its constellations of stars that can be seen at the moment. The current date and time are set automatically by the application. You can set a location.
Sky Images are being changed accordingly to the local time of your location. You can also slow down or speed up the march of time or get back to the current time of your location. All these settings are in the panel on the right screen part.
You can navigate the sky by using the mouse. When you want to get information on a specific object, click on it with the left mouse button, and get positioning data, distance, and altitude.
